Last night dinner of smoked steak & shrimp was outstanding!!!! From the steak to the red beans & rice, shrimp, and pasta salad...My taste buds danced until the very last bite (April 11, 2021).

Ribs *Meal of the Week, June 3rd"
Just ate some of the ribs...Even cold they are better than any restaurant around here in Utah...
Seems like this is a more Southern way to cook the meat with the rub then serve it with the sauce. Sauce is excellent - not “heavy...”
It compliments the meat taste rather than covering up the meat taste.
I think that is difficult to do...

Cooking Class (Chicken Faijitas)
Last night I had a Virtual Cooking Class with Papa Stew and he taught me how to make Chicken Fajitas. Prior to the class, he let me know what products I would need for the meal (food, but also pots/skillets/cooking utensils). We had our call over zoom and I set up my camera so He could see my stove and cabinet. He led me through everything! He told me the exact way to position the vegetables, how to cut them, and even the knife to use. He was very patient and very detailed. He told me exactly how much seasoning, and how to season. I have no cooking experience so it was nice to be guided through in a calming way. I felt empowered to make the fajitas and they turned out great! My partner was in love with the meal!
It was like Papa Stew made the meal!!!!! I highly recommend him for cooking lessons, and for those with no experience at all, this is a safe space for you!
Look forward to my next class, where He will teach me how to do wings and Jambalaya! :-)
